4. Quotes &Pricing

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices are in NZD and may exclude GST.
  • Shipping, travel, or additional costs may apply.

5. Orders & Payment

  • Payment terms are typically 20th day of the following month unless otherwise agreed.
  • We may require deposits or upfront payment.
  • We may suspend services or delay delivery if payment is overdue.

6. Delivery & Risk

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only.
  • Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery.
  • You are responsible for appropriate use, storage, and installation of products.

7. Calibration & Services

  • Calibration services are performed using industry-standard practices.
  • Certificates and reports are provided where applicable.
  • You are responsible for ensuring equipment is suitable and properly maintained between calibrations.

8. Software & Subscriptions

  • Some solutions include third-party software hosted by our partners.
  • Subscription fees may apply and are billed in advance.
  • Use of such software is subject to the third-party provider's terms.
  • We are not responsible for outages, data issues, or changes made by third-party providers.

9. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Use products safely and for intended purposes
  • Maintain backups of any data used with supplied systems
  • Comply with all applicable laws and standards

10. Warranties

  • Products may come with manufacturer warranties.
  • Services are provided with reasonable care and skill.
  • Except as required by law, no additional warranties apply.

11. Consumer Guarantees Act

  • If you are acquiring goods or services for business purposes, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply (to the extent permitted by law).

14. Warranty, Returns & Faults

  • If goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where applicable.
  • You must notify us of any faults within a reasonable time of discovery.
  • Returns must be approved by us prior to sending goods back.
  • Goods must be returned in original condition including original packaging and in instructions where possible.
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorised modification.

15. Calibration Liability Disclaimer

  • Calibration services are performed using recognised industry standards and best practices at the time of service.
  • Calibration results are based on the condition of the equipment at the time of testing only.
  • We do not guarantee ongoing accuracy after calibration due to factors outside our control, including usage, environment, or handling.
  • It is your responsibility to determine appropriate calibration intervals and ensure equipment remains fit for purpose.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on calibration results beyond the stated scope of service.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if:

  • payment is overdue
  • terms are breached

17. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control (e.g. shipping delays, natural disasters, wars, supplier issues).

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.

19. Updates

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be published on our website.
